Steve Sovaiko is the broker/owner of Broadmoor Bluffs Realty. He was the managing broker 2021-2024. Steve grew up on the east coast, immersed in construction and real estate activities around Annapolis, MD. Plans to build his own business were put on hold while he completed a 20 year career in the Air Force, which brought him to Colorado Springs several times. Towards the end of his military career, he obtained is Colorado real estate brokers license and began the Property Management division of BBR in 1998, focusing on helping his military coworkers lease and maintain their Colorado Springs homes. Steve passed this portfolio to the owner in 2006 so he could focus on building a rapidly expanding defense contracting business, and continue his real estate business as an independent broker. Cindy Grey first earned her broker's license in California, where she sold newly constructed homes. After moving to Colorado in 1995, she started Broadmoor Bluffs Realty. She was the broker/owner through 2024, then sold the company to Steve Sovaiko. Cindy retired from the Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel after serving 21 years as a space officer. Her most exciting assignment was commanding the range squadron at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station where her team successfully launched 41 payloads into space. She was responsible for $1.2B in range resources, and led a team of 45 personnel.
