Cindy Grey first earned her broker's license in California, where she sold newly constructed homes. After moving to Colorado in 1995, she opened her own company, aptly named Broadmoor Bluffs Realty, as she is a homeowner in the Broadmoor Bluffs area in SW Colorado Springs. Cindy retired from the Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel after serving 21 years as a space officer. Her most exciting assignment was commanding the range squadron at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station where her team successfully launched 41 payloads into space. She was responsible for $1.2B in range resources, and led a team of 45 personnel. She credits her success in real estate with the core values she lived in the Air Force - integrity, service before self, and excellence in all we do.Cindy is not your typical realtor - she has her own personal experience buying homes, both owner-occupied and investment, as well as commercial property. Steve Sovaiko grew up on the east coast, immersed in construction and real estate activities around Annapolis, MD. Plans to build his own business were put on hold while he completed a 20 year career in the Air Force, which brought him to Colorado Springs several times.
